Jamie Halcro Johnston MSP

[Scottish Parliament, 07.10.2024] Highlands and Islands MSP Jamie Halcro Johnston has expressed his deep sadness at the news of the passing of Ross Cowie, the founder of the life-saving charity Lucky2BHere and a sporting hero on the Isle of Skye. 

Mr Halcro Johnston said: 

“I am very sad to learn of Ross Cowie’s passing. A real community champion and ‘local hero’, who achieved so much and whose work for Lucky2BHere will continue to save lives. 

“My thoughts are with his family, friends and colleagues”.
